I am an integrative counsellor with training in psychodynamic and person centred approaches. My core psychodynamic training enables me to help you look sensitively at how past experiences may be unconsciously impacting your current life and behaviours. My practice encompasses help with a range of psychological difficulties, from the demands and constraints of daily life to deep, complex emotional issues often experienced in the shadow of family crisis. I have a particular interest in working with childhood and relational trauma, loss, eating disorders and mood disorders.

I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and Counselling & Psychotherapy in Scotland (COSCA). I adhere to their Ethical Frameworks which means I am committed to working, safely, ethically and confidentially.

I receive regular supervision with an Accredited Supervisor and invest in ongoing training and continual professional development (CPD).
