One to one therapy provides a safe confidential place away from your daily life, where you can explore issues and feelings which are causing you difficulty. Talking to a friend or relative can be helpful but sometimes its easier to share your concerns with someone who won't feel angry, disappointed or upset with what you say.

I aim to provide a welcoming, calm and non-judgemental space where you can work through current and past issues, where you can develop an awareness and understanding of yourself and your life choices helping you to feel more at ease in your world.

After your initial contact, I offer a free 30 minute introductory phone chat to see if one to one therapy would be suitable for you.


COVID-19 UPDATE

The arrival of COVID-19 has changed, for the  moment, how I work as a counsellor. The introduction of home working, social distancing and self-isolation has made face to face working unavailable for the time being.
